Church Hill North – Site Construction and Utiltities

Churchill North is a 30 acre site construction and utilities project to build a public housing development.  Shoosmith Construction is providing all site work along with the full infrastructure package (water/sanitary/storm) to support the site.  Installing conduits for power and communication are also part of this scope. This project has high visibility along with a very tight schedule.  In order to complete the project on time, multiple grading and utility crews are working side by side in conjunction with City of Richmond and Dominion crews.  This project started in the summer of 2017 and is on schedule to be completed in the spring of 2018.
