Arbors Phase 3

The Arbors Phase 3 encompasses an 80 acre expansion of an existing neighborhood located in New Kent County, Virginia.  Shoosmith Construction is handling all aspects of site construction including land clearing, water utilities, sanitary utilities, storm utilities and lot grading.  Once the infrastructure work is complete, Shoosmith Construction will handle all grading activities and manage the installation of concrete work (curb, gutters and sidewalks) as well as asphalt paving.  This project is adjacent to existing neighborhoods, requiring us to work hard to mitigate impacts on the current residents.  Lots are turned over as requested by developer.
